Some of the ultra destructible label materials are only including 1 or 2 grads of brittle!

A grade:the materials are very fragile and cannot be die cut the waste sapce between labels,used for small labels.
B grade:the moderate fragile grade (Tend to A fragile grade) and can only be deleted the waste by hands(cannot by machine).
C grade:the moderate fragile grade (Tend to D fragile grade) and can be deleted the waste by machine.
D grade:not very fragile and can be deleted the waste by machine.(winter use most)

Fragile grades: A B C D
Traditional models: 11A 11CA2 11CA4 12A3
D Serials: D0 D4 D3 D1

The liners are devided into Glassine(80g) nad common white liner(160g)
The thickness of the facestock is from thin to thick
Models:1CB(0.07mm)→1CB2→1CB4→111A(0.13mm or 0.16mm)
But there are 4 grades on fragile on our ultra destructible vinyl.Why are there so many choices,how can you find the right fragile grades and right model?
Let me introduce you some details about the chracteristics from ours.
The first:Would you want to die cut the blank space between labels?
If you need to cut it off (for example your labels are round corner),plese choose the moderate fragile grades.
If you do not need to die cut the blank space between labels,just use the most fragile grades are ok.
The second:Temperature effect the fragile grades.
The same model in different temperature will be change a little on fragile grades.
The colder temperature will lead to more fragile.
For example,if the fragile grade is moderate in summer (you could die cut the waste space between the labels),
but in winter,they will maybe into very fragile(cannot be die cut!).
The third:which release liner will you choose
Glassine release liners:can be printed for barcode labels,and the weight is light than coated release liners.
White Coated release liners:cannot be printed for barcode labels.
Our materials cannot be printed in inkjet,laser,and can be printed in offset,rotary press and silkscreen.
And the resin ribbons cannot be used here,can use the wax-based ribbons and the mixed ribbons.
Or you can just tell us your requests about the waste and your temperature,than we will help you find the right model.
Packaging size:Jumbo roll size is 107cm(W)x400m(L)
And we could also blitting into small roll sizes for you,the width can be from 5cm to 107cm
the longth is 200m or 400m per roll.
We could also into sheets,just tell me your sheets size!
